Getting out into the world should feel exciting, not overwhelming. Our Community Access services help young people feel comfortable, confident, and connected in their communities. From making new friends to exploring new places, we provide the right support to make each experience enjoyable.
Being part of the community isn’t just about going places, it’s about feeling included and confident in different settings.
We support young people to get involved in activities they enjoy, join local groups, attend events, and navigate public spaces with ease. Our team is there every step of the way, providing guidance and encouragement to make each experience positive.
Some young people thrive in smaller, more relaxed settings, where they can build friendships and social skills without pressure.
Our Small Group Programs offer a safe and supportive space to connect with others, try new activities, and grow in confidence. With a mix of structured and flexible sessions, we focus on teamwork, communication, and real-world experiences that make socialising feel natural and fun.
From creative workshops, to group outings, or a shared interest activity, we make sure each session is engaging, inclusive, and tailored to different needs and comfort levels.
